Having established the general case for a next generation network in the Colne Valley, we will need to provide clear evidence of the business case. This will require a significant amount of research and planning and result in the production of a feasibility report that will set out the viability or otherwise of the project.

On the assumption that the report indicates sufficient potential demand, and a cost structure that is sustainable, we will go on to develop a detailed business plan that will enable us to raise the required finance to fund the construction of the network.
