Putting together a project like this is complicated, involving numerous strategic relationships, funding arrangements, feasibility studies, business plans, along with the essential awareness and support of local people, businesses and third sector organisations.

This initial phase of the project seeks to identify and establish the central partnerships and processes that will enable us to deliver a successful outcome.

Our immediate goal is to secure the funding needed to take us to the point where we have established a credible project with the political support and goodwill of key players, and are in a position to commission a thorough feasibility study.
